Well I don’t need to tell you that you can benefit from some rest and relaxation – I see the effects of our London lifestyle on my patients and students on a daily basis. We spend a good deal of our time running on empty !
My yoga students have asked me to share a “body-scan” relaxation that we use at the end of class. You can use it to rest the mind and relax the body. Find a comfortable position – lying, seated – it doesn’t matter as long as the body is comfortably supported. Turn off your phone and allow yourself to follow the instructions. It takes about 10 minutes.
